The Pluto 7 commission has been revising the long-term strategy for Studentsamfunnet i Ås until 2025 and making a strategy for the period 2025 to 2035. The strategy up to 2035 has used the strategy up to 2025 as a starting point for the revision, in addition to suggestions and feedback from the organs, Hus- og Finansstyret and surveys.

The goal of the process has been a strategy that all members can unite around and agree on, which gives future volunteers enough room for action, but at the same time ensures that Studentsamfunnet i Ås moves in the right direction. The commission has also chosen to change the structure of the strategy, mainly to highlight several main themes. Clearer goals have also been set within sustainability, as this is an area where the Studentsamfunnet must dare to challenge itself in order to improve.

Studentsamfunnets overall objectives are mainly a rewriting of the current goals, but with some adaptations and additions to reflect the new long-term strategy. The commission has designed objectives that build up under the main objective. The strategy again reflects how the Studentsamfunnet will achieve the overall objectives.
